Ultra Dense Two Layer Structure
Dura Flex® Burst Shield provides tough hose protection two ways. First, per the ISO 6945 spec, DFBS’s unique thick nylon tubular weave design will withstand greater than 350,000 abrasion cycles, without wearing through the fabric at any location. Additionally, the yellow inner safety layer alerts the user if it has been damaged. If yellow shows through the outer layer, the inner sleeve has been compromised and should be replaced. Dura Flex Burst Shield’s ultra-dense structure controls hose bursts, to prevent injuries and equipment damage. It can be used anywhere high-pressure hoses are used, especially when workers are nearby. Please note that Dura Flex Burst Shield should not fit tightly on the hose it is applied to; and has a suggested clearance of 1".
